General Mobile Notary Services

Perfect for single documents, affidavits, powers of attorney and more.

Basic Notarization: Simple, pre-printed documents to be notarized at your agreed-upon location.​

  • Notarization fee - $15.00 (Per California State)

  • Mobile Service Fee (Travel & Time) - Starting from $45.00 (Local*)

  • Document Handling Fee - Included (Up to 5 pages printed if needed. $0.50/additional pages)

  • Total Starting From : $60.00

Standard Mobile Service: Multiple documents with some printing needed to be notarized at your agreed-upon location.

  • Notarization fee - $15.00 (Per California State)

  • Mobile Service Fee (Travel & Time) - Starting from $55.00 (Local*)

  • Document Handling Fee - Included (Up to 25 pages printed if needed. $0.50/additional pages)

Rush/After-Hours Service: Urgent, evening or weekend needs. Expedited travel to your agreed-upon location outside standard hours (Standard hours are Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM)

Certified Loan Signing Agent Services

Specialized service for Loan Documents, Refinances, Purchases, Loan Modifications, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), and more.

Standard Loan Signing: Refinance, Purchase, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), Loan Modifications, etc. 

  • Travel to your location (home, office, title company, etc)

  • Printing two sets of documents (up to 150 pages)

  • Notarization of all required signatures

  • Secure return of documents (scan backs, courier drop-off)

Total Starting From: $150.00 - 200.00

Complex Loan Signing: High-Page Count packages

  • All services included in the Standard loan Signing

  • Extra time and expertise for detailed review and singing of more complex packages.

Total Starting From: $225.00 - $275.00​

Additional Services:

  • Additional Printing (Beyond package Limits): $0.50 per page

  • Waiting Time (If client is delayed beyond 15 min grace period): $1.00 per minute

  • Scanning Documents & Emailing (If not part of the package): $10.00

* Local Travel - Typically includes locations within 10 miles of Simi Valley, CA.

Longer distances will incur an additional travel fee, quoted upfront *

Payments:

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via personal check, credit card, and debit card.

​

Payment Due Date: All payments are due in full at the time of the notary signing. Services cannot be rendered until payment is confirmed.

Pricing Adjustments: The final cost of service will be agreed upon before the notary signing begins. However, this amount is subject to change if any of the following occur:

  • Documents require significant adjustments or corrections that were not previously disclosed.

  • Additional notarial acts or services are requested at the time of the appointment.

  • Circumstances arise that increase the cost of the service (e.g., waiting time, travel outside the initial service area).
     

Notification of Changes: If an adjustment to the total is necessary, it will be communicated and confirmed with the client before the signing is finalized.
